Toddville

Story Arcs3 min readLast updated: Oct 31, 2026

Span: May 2025 · Episodes: [145], [118]

Todd builds his own town, declares himself its government, watches it get flattened, rebuilds it with no laws, and watches it collapse again. Two episodes, 190 mentions of the name — the most concentrated worldbuilding in the corpus.

Part 1 — "Brookhaven RP, But I BUILT My Own TOWN!!" ([145], May 10, 2025)

Todd opens by resigning from Brookhaven:

"The president and mayor of Brook Haven are running it into the ground. So, I did the only thing left to do. I left Brook Haven. I'm starting my own town, a real town with real laws to prove I can run my town better than Brook Haven ever could. And I'm the president, the mayor, the police. Welcome to Toddville."

The joke is immediately visible: the town has a population of one, and it is a dirt lot. Todd spends the episode building infrastructure and writing rules — too many rules, as the next episode will point out. He also attaches the whole project to a subscriber goal:

"If you would live in Toddville, make sure to drop a like and subscribe because Todd's trying to hit 300,000 subscribers."

That date matters: the 300K milestone lands on Jul 28, 2025 ([083]), so Toddville is literally a subscriber-campaign episode wearing a city-builder costume.

Part 2 — "Brookhaven RP, But I BUILT My Own TOWN With NO LAWS!!" ([118], May 24, 2025)

Two weeks later, Todd opens with the aftermath:

"I made Toddville with rules. Some may say too many rules. And look what happened. They blew it up. Brook Haven couldn't handle the greatness of Toddville."

The town has been destroyed off-screen by President Broccoli Chadwick, whom Todd accuses directly:

"Look what they did to my town, bro. The government came. Broccoli Chadwick blew it up to smitherines… Heck you, Brook Haven. We don't need you."

(Captions spell the name "Broccley Chadwick" and the word "smitherines"; the wiki normalises the spelling, not the quote.)

So Todd rebuilds Toddville 2 with a single law — no laws — and the episode becomes a lawless-town comedy: everyone does whatever they want, order collapses, and Todd ends up going home to Brookhaven. The last gag is the best summary of his ambition:

"Toddville 3 on the moon. President Brockley will never be able to get me up there."

Why it matters

  • Toddville is the show's only attempt at a persistent location. It is named 190 times but exists in only two videos; later episodes never return to it.
  • It externalises the theme. Every episode is Todd vs the city's rules; Toddville is Todd trying to be the rules — first with too many, then with none.
  • Broccoli Chadwick's role is defined here. The President is not a bureaucrat; he is the guy who flattens a rival town and calls it governance.
  • It is the purest "like and subscribe" plot. The town exists because Todd wants 300K; the audience is asked to move in.

Continuity notes

  • The town is not rebuilt on-screen after [118]. Later references are retrospective.
  • The "president, mayor, police" line becomes Todd's standard description of any authority he seizes.
